Summary
This study tested whether giving Botox in one injection site works as well as ten sites for women with overactive bladder or urge incontinence. 116 women were randomly assigned to receive 100 units of Botox in either one or ten spots in the bladder. Researchers measured symptom severity and quality of life using questionnaires before and after treatment.
