Summary

This study tests a short-term therapy for people with borderline personality disorder. Thirty adults will first be monitored for 2-4 weeks, then receive six weekly therapy sessions. After treatment, they will be followed for another 4 weeks to see if improvements last. The goal is to reduce symptoms like emotional instability and relationship difficulties.
