Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to help patients at Utah community health centers get COVID-19 vaccines. Over 65,000 patients were involved to test two methods: sending reminder text messages, and combining texts with extra support from a 'patient navigator' to help with scheduling or answering questions. The goal was to see which approach led more people to get vaccinated.
