Summary

This study tests whether taking B-vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids together can slow brain aging in older adults at risk for dementia. Researchers will measure a blood marker of brain cell damage and check thinking skills. The study involves 96 people over 65 with low vitamin levels and no major health issues, lasting 3 months.
