First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (treosulfan, fludarabine, and rabbit antithymocyte globulin) given before a bone marrow transplant to 40 patients with bone marrow failure diseases. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce serious complications like graft-versus-host disease and graft failure. The trial has completed, and results will show whether this conditioning regimen improves survival and quality of life.
