Summary
This study tests a method to place a dental implant immediately after tooth removal while preserving the natural tooth root (socket shield technique). It combines a special growth factor and bone graft material to maintain jawbone health. Seven adults needing a front tooth implant will be followed for 6 months to check bone levels and implant stability.
