Summary
This study looks at whether the amount of bone that regrows after dental implant surgery depends on a person's original bone shape. Researchers will compare two grafting methods in 28 adults: adding bone only up to the natural bone line or adding extra bone beyond it. Over one year, they will track bone changes, gum health, and patient satisfaction using scans and exams.
