New study tests better bone grafts for dental implants

Summary
This study compares two ways to rebuild bone in the upper jaw for people who need dental implants. One method uses a mix of cow bone and donated human bone, the other uses cow bone and the patient's own bone. 32 adults will be followed for 6 months to see which mix works better.
