New bone paste shows promise in repairing defects after tumor removal

Summary
This study tested a new paste that helps bone grow back after surgery to remove benign bone tumors or cysts. 29 patients had the paste placed into the bone defect during surgery. Doctors checked bone healing with X-rays over 12 months to see if the paste was safe and effective.
