Summary
This study looks at how body composition, sleep, diet, and physical fitness are connected in ROTC cadets. Researchers will test body fat, muscle quality, and fitness scores, and track sleep and nutrition habits. The goal is to find better ways to measure fitness and identify lifestyle factors that improve performance. About 45 cadets aged 18 and older will participate.
