Summary

This study looks at how body composition, sleep, diet, and physical fitness are connected in ROTC cadets. Researchers will test body fat, muscle quality, and fitness levels, and ask cadets about their sleep and eating habits. The goal is to find better ways to measure body composition and identify lifestyle factors that boost performance. About 45 cadets aged 18 and older will take part.
