NCT ID NCT07500883
First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a gentle therapy called Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) to standard scoliosis exercises can improve how teens with scoliosis sense their bodies, feel about their lives, and manage their spine curves. About 40 adolescents aged 10-17 with mild to moderate scoliosis will be randomly assigned to either scoliosis exercises alone or exercises plus BBAT. The goal is to see if the combined approach leads to better body awareness, quality of life, and spine-related outcomes.
