NCT ID NCT07500883

First seen Mar 31, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) to standard scoliosis exercises can improve body awareness, quality of life, and scoliosis-related outcomes in teens aged 10–17 with idiopathic scoliosis. About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either scoliosis exercises alone or exercises plus BBAT. The goal is to see if the added therapy helps teens feel more connected to their bodies and improves their daily well-being.
