New cancer drug BNT3214 enters first human trials

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BNT3214 for the first time in people with advanced solid tumors. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors. About 533 adults will take part in three phases: first finding the right dose, then testing it in different cancer types.
