New cancer drug BNT317 enters first human tests

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, BNT317, for the first time in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or have no standard options. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the best dose. About 39 participants will receive increasing doses to see how the body handles it and if it shrinks tumors.
