Blue light may speed healing of burn graft sites

Summary
This study tests whether adding blue light therapy to standard wound care helps donor site wounds heal faster in burn patients. About 25 adults with deep burns will take part. Each person will have two donor sites: one gets usual care, the other gets usual care plus blue light. Researchers will compare healing time, pain, infection signs, and scar quality.
