Summary
This study tested whether a practical workshop helps parents and caregivers of infants learn basic life support (like CPR and choking first aid) better than just reading an information leaflet. 63 parents of babies under 6 months took part. The goal was to see which method improves knowledge and confidence more, so that future training can be improved.
