Summary
This study tests whether lactulose, a type of sugar, can make immunotherapy more effective for people with advanced cancer. About 55 participants will take lactulose alongside their standard immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if lactulose increases helpful gut bacteria and improves tumor shrinkage.
