Blood test may warn if cancer returns after treatment

Summary
This study aims to see if a simple blood test can predict whether head and neck cancer will come back after treatment. Researchers will measure tiny pieces of tumor DNA in the blood of 188 patients one month after they finish radiation therapy. The goal is to see if the amount of this DNA can tell doctors early on which patients are at higher risk of their cancer returning.
