Simple blood test could warn if cancer will return

Summary
This study aims to see if a blood test that measures tiny pieces of tumor DNA can predict whether a patient's head or neck cancer will come back after treatment. Researchers will follow 188 patients with advanced cancer who are receiving radiation therapy, with or without other drugs. They will check if the amount of tumor DNA in the blood one month after treatment ends can forecast the patient's health two years later.
