Summary
This study is testing whether a blood test that detects tiny cancer DNA fragments can predict how well immunotherapy works for advanced colorectal cancer. Researchers will follow 60 patients receiving immunotherapy to see if changes in this blood test match their actual treatment results. The goal is to find a better way to monitor treatment effectiveness than current imaging scans alone.
