New blood test could spot testicular cancer spread

NCT ID NCT06060873

Summary

This study aims to see how well a specific blood marker (called miRNA-371) can predict if testicular cancer is active and has spread to nearby lymph nodes. Researchers will collect blood samples from about 418 patients with suspected cancer spread and compare the test results to findings from surgery or follow-up scans. The goal is to improve detection and help guide treatment decisions.
