New blood test could help detect testicular cancer spread

NCT ID NCT06060873

Summary

This study aims to see how well a specific blood marker (called miRNA-371) can predict if testicular cancer is active and has spread to nearby lymph nodes. It involves about 418 patients who have already had their primary tumor removed. The goal is to determine if this blood test can accurately guide whether a patient needs surgery or can continue with monitoring.
