Inclusion Criteria: * Adults aged ≥18 years at the time of sample collection. * Patients with confirmed CRC or non-cancer controls. * Availability of retrospective blood samples collected according to institutional protocols. * Willingness to allow use of de-identified clinical and demographic data.
