Blood test trial aims to catch cancer earlier
NCT ID NCT04405557
Summary
This study is testing a blood test that looks for tumor DNA (ctDNA) to see if it can find six types of cancer early in people at high risk. About 2,000 participants with abnormal screening results will have their blood tested and be followed for up to one year. The goal is to see how accurate the test is and how long it takes from a positive blood test to a cancer diagnosis.
