New blood filter aims to prevent organ failure in severe burns

Summary
This study tests a special blood filter (Efferon LPS) in 50 adults with severe burns. The filter is designed to remove harmful substances from the blood to prevent or reduce organ damage. Half of the participants will receive the filter plus standard care, while the other half receives standard care alone. The goal is to see if the filter is safe and helps patients need less medication for blood pressure support.
