Summary
This study tests a 6-week program designed for people with high blood pressure who find health information hard to understand. Participants will attend three in-person and three phone sessions with easy-to-use materials. The goal is to see if this approach helps lower blood pressure and improve medication habits. The study involves 170 adults in Vietnam.
