Summary
This study is testing whether a blood or bone marrow transplant from a healthy donor can help people aged 4 to 75 with serious immune system disorders. Participants receive chemotherapy before the transplant and must stay near the clinic for months after. The goal is to control the disease and reduce complications, but lifelong medication may still be needed.
