Could a blood flow trick speed up knee recovery for injured workers?
NCT ID NCT07311031
Summary
This study is testing whether a special training method called blood flow restriction can help people recover leg strength faster after ACL knee surgery. The research will involve 60 active workers who have had ACL reconstruction surgery. One group will use the blood flow restriction method during their rehab, while the other follows standard rehabilitation, to see which approach works better for regaining muscle strength and returning to work.
