New rehab method aims to get workers back on their feet faster after knee surgery
NCT ID NCT07311031
Summary
This study is testing a special type of rehabilitation called blood flow restriction training for people recovering from ACL knee surgery. It will compare this method to standard rehab to see if it helps workers regain leg strength and return to work faster. The goal is to find a better way to rebuild muscle safely when heavy lifting isn't possible right after surgery.
