Summary
This study tested a new physiotherapy technique called blood flow restriction for people with hemophilia who have ankle joint damage. 31 patients participated across four regions in Spain. The goal was to see if this approach could safely improve muscle strength, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life without causing bleeding episodes.
