New study tests simple technique to ease postpartum pelvic pain

Summary

This study looks at whether a blood flow restriction training technique can reduce pelvic girdle pain in women who are 3 to 12 months after giving birth. Researchers will enroll 66 women aged 20 to 35 with a BMI under 30. The goal is to see if this approach lowers pain and improves daily function and quality of life.
