First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a gentle exercise method that uses a cuff to partly restrict blood flow to the thigh muscles. The goal is to see if it can improve muscle size and strength, and reduce knee pain, in 34 adults aged 18-40 with minor kneecap instability. Participants will do low-intensity exercises, and researchers will measure changes using ultrasound and strength tests.
