First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using blood flow restriction during low-intensity leg exercises can help people with minor kneecap instability build thigh muscle and reduce knee pain. About 34 adults aged 18-40 with anterior knee pain for at least 3 months will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves muscle size, strength, and daily function without heavy strain.
