New exercise method aims to help spinal cord injury patients regain arm function
NCT ID NCT06907381
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of exercise that restricts blood flow, combined with electrical stimulation, can help adults with incomplete cervical spinal cord injury improve their arm and hand strength. Researchers will work with 10 participants to see if this approach helps them perform daily tasks more independently. The goal is to gather real-world examples of how this exercise method might benefit people's functional abilities and quality of life.
