Summary
This study tests a support program for blood donors who have very high cholesterol (familial hypercholesterolemia). The program includes notifications, online resources, and a care navigator to help them and their doctors manage cholesterol. Researchers will compare LDL cholesterol changes over 6 months between those who get the program and those who receive standard notification only.
