Summary
This study looks at how blood samples are collected and processed to find infections. Researchers will review data, survey staff, and hold group discussions to identify ways to improve the process. The goal is to make blood culture testing faster and more accurate, helping doctors choose the right antibiotics sooner. About 24 staff members will take part.
