Summary

This study aims to make bone marrow transplants safer for adults with leukemia. Researchers will collect genetic information and measure drug levels in 120 patients to see if they can predict who is at risk for serious side effects. The goal is to learn how to personalize the dose of a key transplant medication to better fight cancer while reducing complications.
