First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study is for people with blood cancers who are getting a stem cell transplant from a donor. It looks at how a person's genes and the amount of a drug called cyclophosphamide in their blood affect the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a serious complication. The goal is to find ways to personalize drug dosing to prevent GVHD while keeping the transplant's cancer-fighting effect. About 120 participants will be enrolled.
