Summary
This study is testing if giving an extra infusion of a donor's immune cells one week after a blood cancer transplant can help prevent the cancer from coming back. It involves adults with high-risk blood cancers who receive a transplant from a relative. The main goal is to find the safest dose of these extra cells that does not cause severe complications.
