Summary
This study is testing a unique training method where the lead doctor is temporarily blindfolded during simulated medical emergencies. Researchers want to see if this visual deprivation improves the team's communication, decision-making, and overall performance. They will measure team skills during the simulation and check three months later to see if any improvements lasted.
