Summary
This study tests a new oral drug, BLEX 404, combined with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine) in 40 adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors. Participants must be 20–80 years old and in fair health.
