NCT ID NCT05764928
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests whether adding BLEX 404, a liquid extract from maitake mushrooms, to standard chemotherapy (pemetrexed + cisplatin) can safely improve outcomes for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has no EGFR mutation. About 32 participants will receive the combination to find the best dose and measure tumor response. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
