Summary
This early-stage study tests a mushroom-derived liquid (BLEX 404) combined with standard chemotherapy in 32 adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has no EGFR mutation. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps shrink tumors by boosting the immune system. Participants must not have had prior treatment for their advanced cancer.
