App-Based therapy could help teens heal from trauma

Summary
This study tests a new way to deliver trauma-focused therapy to 40 teens aged 12-17 with PTSD. Half will use a secure mobile app alongside video and in-person sessions, while the other half receives standard therapy. The goal is to see if the blended approach is practical and helpful for reducing PTSD symptoms and improving emotional well-being.
