Summary
This study tested a new way to help people with adjustment disorder, a condition where someone has trouble coping after a stressful life event. The treatment combined a self-guided online program with video sessions with a therapist. 41 adults took part to see if this approach was practical and helpful. The main goal was to measure how well people stuck with the program and how satisfied they were.
