Can video calls and apps replace some hospital rehab visits? swiss study tests a new blend.

NCT ID NCT07458308

First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining in-person therapy with video calls and apps works as well as traditional in-person rehab for people recovering from stroke, brain bleeding, or head injury. About 30 adults in Switzerland will try both approaches in a different order to see how they compare. The goal is to find more efficient ways to deliver therapy that could save time and money.
