Could a drug combo shrink kidney tumors before surgery?

Summary
This study tests whether giving belzutifan alone, pembrolizumab alone, or both together before kidney surgery can help control advanced clear cell kidney cancer. About 10 people with locally advanced disease will receive the drugs before partial or total kidney removal. The main goal is to check safety and side effects.
