Summary
This study tests whether placing a numbing drug (bupivacaine) into the bladder after kidney stone surgery can lower pain and improve recovery. About 116 adults will receive either the drug or a saltwater placebo. The goal is to see if this simple step reduces pain, bladder spasms, and time spent in the hospital.
