Summary
This study tests a combination of radiation therapy and two immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab with or without tremelimumab) in people with advanced bladder cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread. Participants either cannot have chemotherapy or have chosen not to. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and helps control the cancer longer.
